Have a buddy who swears by his Gossamer Gear Backpack! I borrowed it for one weekend and admit its a nice pack. The info was interesting and I started looking at my packs here and discovered that this is a possible fix for a lot of them with the shock cords. Thanks once again for another informative video Jason

Of course I’ve tried one. However, the straight stays are the issue I was referring to. Nice to see they’ve attempted to remedy that. The straight stays made it unbearable.

Ah, yeah. I’ve heard that about he straight stays. These are prototypes of the new curved ones I’m trying out. They’re really comfortable even when you fully cinch down the hip belt.
