It could have been a house. If the chimneys are not associated with fire places they were part of a well system. I have a couple of Victorian homes with the chimneys still intact, they were for the wells.

Just find what is IP address from your machine with IP tracking tools:
http://www.ipaddresslocation.org
http://www.find-ip-address.org

Your camera and anything else on your PC that connect outside will have same IP address as your machine.

I’m pretty sure your webcam does not have its own IP address, as it does not have its own network card. It should be the same as the IP address of your computer, which you can get from http://www.whatismyip.com/ . If you’re having trouble connecting, it’s probably due to a firewall or virus program preventing you from connecting.
