iamhisou, i agree about your season analysis, the middle of the show was by far the best. seasons one and 2 are great, don’t get me wrong, but i don’t get that awesome, familiar seinfeld feeling like i do with the mid-seasons

I would disagree.
For one thing it really wasn’t funny (in my opinion) for any of season one. It gradually became funnier throughout season 2, and then from season 3 to season 7 it was absolutely fantastic.

I think it did start going down near the end and in my opinion the only main cter not e ruined was Kramer in the last two seasons but it still had its moments and was definitely better than season 1 during 8 and 9.

I totally agree George became too stupid and abnormal.

thats a dumb comment, first off i dont agree with you, but to say it was “only” funny for almost 7 full seasons out of 9 is just plain stupid….. even with that percentage, thats a GREAT record for any show really…..
its true that the episodes changed after larry david left, but it was still funny, just in slightly different ways… and it actually kept things fresh by becoming a little more absurd, compared to previous seasons
